Professionalism in public acute hospitals

Tess Huss, Project Lead for the National Patient Experience Survey Programme, presented a poster at the RCSI’s inaugural conference ‘Professionalism: Why it Matters to Patient Safety, Quality And Risk’ on 12th April 2018.

The poster, available here,  details patient perspectives of professionalism in public acute hospitals and is based on the results of the National Patient Experience Survey 2017.

All posters presented on the day were automatically entered into a poster competition and the National Patient Experience Survey Programme won. Well done to Tess and the National Patient Experience team’s senior analyst Conor Foley, who designed the poster together.
