A Campaign for Deconditioning Awareness

Sit up… Get dressed… keep moving

A decline in function and ability in older people with frailty, medically known as deconditioning, may start within hours of admission to hospital. It is vital to implement preventative measures as early as possible.

A new leaflet is being prepared by ANP Candidates to inform and advise patients on deconditioning.
